PAYMENT
Payments for pet sitting services are to be paid in full at the time of booking for new clients or on the first day of service for regular clients. We accept cash and personal checks.
Please make checks payable to Southern Comfort Pet Services.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations for pet sitting services will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
This does not apply to midday visits.
To notify us of a cancellation, you can leave a voice mail message at the office.
EARLY RETURNS
Cancellation of prepaid visits due to your early return will be credited towards future service visits.
HOLIDAY CHARGE
While SCPS does not charge added holiday fees, there will be no refunds or credit for early returns during the holidays.
VACCINATIONS
SCPS requires all pets be up to date on Rabies vaccines and we must have a valid certificate on file for each animal under our care.
KEY COPIES
We prefer to have two working copies of your house keys. This is for the safety of your pets should something happen to one, we will have another immediately available. Keys will be gathered during our consultation and kept in a locked safe in our office. We do not charge for returning your keys after service has been completed. However, they will not be left outside for you. This is for your protection. Call the office to arrange for key return.
LEACHES AND ID TAGS
All dogs under our care must have ID tags and will always be leashed during walks. No exceptions!
CLIENT RETURN
You must notify SCPS office when you return home. This may be done 24 hrs. a day. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you have not returned and we will make another visit that you will be charged for. This is for your pets safety and well-being.
RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $35.00 fee charged on all returned checks.
